"I have existing indoor railing that stopped short of a stairway. I asked Oscar to manufacture a railing that would match the railing I have and bring it down the stairway. It would have to be an exact match, color and type, or else it would not look right. Well, let me tell you he and his crew did an incredible job. It is beautiful and you cannot tell that it was an add-on. It looks like it was all done at the same time. I have nothing but the highest regard for Oscar and his company."

"I loved the work and I loved the price. The guy was terrific. Then I called him back after I had a horrible windstorm here in Pasadena, California and I wanted him to rebuild my gate which got broken in the windstorm. So I called him and he said that he was coming over, and then he didn't show up. Then I called again and he didn't return my calls. It was like two different companies. The first time around he was fabulous and the second time around, I'm getting no consideration from this company. I'm kind of torn about whether to give him a good or a bad recommendation. It's now past six months and I still haven't heard from him. He must be too embarrassed to call me. In general I would give him a good report but I'm a little skeptical because of the second time. For doing the fence I shared the cost with my neighbor and my portion was a little over $600. I tried to use him again but he didn't respond. When I'm ready to get more fencing, I will at least give him another try."

"I can see why they have such great reviews. They are a great company and have literally thought out every problem that could happen in advance and took care of it. The fence looks great. The only feedback I would provide them is that they should be more flexible with their estimate days/times as its tough to make a Monday through Friday business hour time work. They're busy, so I had trouble getting an estimate day/time that worked with my busy schedule. I was patient and it paid off. :) <br />"

"Method fabricated a wrought iron 10 foot double door locking driveway gate. Matched color to adjacent house paint After agreeing on a price, I was told the gate would be ready within 7-10 days. Six days later the gate had been created and it was installed a day or two thereafter. In fact, it took much longer to receive the new locking handle and dead bolt which I ordered from an online supplier than it took Method to fabricate and install the gate. About 10 days after the installation I phoned the office to say that I had received the door knob & deadbolt, and the company owner arrived about half an hour later to install them. Bottom line: negotiated price was fair relative to the market, quality of fabrication, installation & overall service was excellent."

"<p>This is our 3rd install with Chris.  With this project Chris built about a 16 foot fence/gate, installed a doggy door through our Garage wall, and a smaller fence to cover about a 3 foot gap.  The project was done in order to enclose a space for our dog.  Chris understood our needs and delivered a great looking product and just as importantly designed it with perfect functionality.  I like his ability to customize a design to fit your needs and space and provide other custom services that other fence companies will refuse to do.  For instance, staining the fence and installing our doggy door.  I'm always impressed with his metal framing and posts.  These fence/gates are made to last.  Chris is a great guy, always keeps in contact, fair, and you can tell that he takes pride in his work.   We would use him again.  BTW, I'm hoping to add pictures to the review soon.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
