INITIAL CONTACT: Dave Sr. and Dave Jr. are very professional. They were very thorough even during the initial diagnosis of the problem. They spent at least an hour discussing with us the problem they saw and our options; Dave Jr spent at least 20-25 minutes under the house checking everything. When they sent us a quote for the work, we had questions and rather than discussing over the phone, they came back on-site to go over the work again and re-did the quote to be more clear. They added a payment schedule for the project at my request - half to start and another half when the work is done to our satisfaction. WORK: When they did the work, they communicated well with us throughout the project. They were very honest when they encountered any potential additional problems and gave recommendations. They were very thorough with the work and listened to our concerns. They even worked until 9pm one night so that the project doesn't get delayed. After they were done, they cleaned up all the debris and washed down the work area and left it very clean. PRICE: While the cost of the project wasn't cheap, they came in much lower than all of the other contractors I contacted. BOTTOMLINE (TL/DR): I would highly recommend Precise Plumbing. They do excellent work, very thorough, honest, and the price was reasonable. Moving forward, they will be my go-to guys for my plumbing needs.
