"The removal and replacement of roof went very well. Gutters and debris screens installed. Cedar shingles repaired/replaced"

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house. They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"From the beginning the Customer Service and Sales Presentation was professional and top-notch. Anthony understands the roofing industry, new technological features in rofing practice and the education required to keep up with these changes. Larsen's even teaches roofers in their nicely outfitted warehouses. We paid a small upcharge for the kind of roof we wanted, but all the bells and whistles were included in the quote: chimney covers, intake and outlet vents. The roof is sealed completely, impervious to water and has a 50 yr guarantee. The quote was very reasonable for the level of workmanship we received. Anthony was communicative, responsive, respectful and enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his products. We enjoyed all our interactions with this well-organized and personable Salesman. The Project Manager also oversaw the operations and allowed us to use the dumpster for the brush cleanup on our recently purchased property. We highly recommend Klaus Larsen for your roofing needs."

"A1 did a great job on my new roof and gutters. Clearly defined scope of work, prompt and flexible scheduling, used high-quality shingles with a good warranty. They don't subcontract out their roofing work, which is a big plus. Considerate workers, documented the new roof with photos and videos, and had everything cleaned up by the end of the day. Recommended for a trouble-free roof replacement."

"Shawn called back very promptly and offered to come out the same day and do a repair on our roof. He matched the color of the shingle from a photo I texted to him and came with a first rate roofer who completed the repair promptly and did beautiful work. I could not tell there had been a repair and they left the workplace in perfect condition. I would recommend SJM Roofing highly."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago. They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional, work very safely. They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half, all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails. All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "Excellent experience with Overstate Roofing Services. They responded promptly to a massive roof leak at one of my rental properties, and completed the repair with top priority. The free estimate and proactive customer service and support made the undertaking less daunting. Thanks to Avi and his team."

"The Company was the best that came out. He was one of the last that I interviewed and he had all the answers and by this time I knew exactly what we wanted done, due to meeting with other Contractors. He was only the 2nd Contractor that explained to me exactly what needed to be done and he was right on. It was perfect and thought that I would never be able to say this about a Contractor. He was able to start right away and he finished within the time he told me that he would be done. In fact, his crew was so professional that they were able to finish earlier than what I was told. We went over everything at job end. Anything I was concerned about was taken care of right then and there. I would highly recommend this Contractor. In fact, he is quoting me on a roof I need."
