"They're busy, so it took time to get on their schedule, but once our time came up, they called ahead, came when promised, promptly, were congenial, did excellent work, fine-tuned the gate mechanisms on previous fencing done more than a year ago, and provided us valuable information about scheduling some warrantied work that would take longer. Two weeks later, the enclosure is rock-solid secure at the corners, remains clean and even, and the spring loaded, gravity closing gate works quite well. "PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home."

"Daniel the salesman was professional and courteous. He gave a projected timeframe for our fence installation but that it could change due to weather and material. My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

"AAA was excellent all around. Not only were they punctual when providing the estimate, they provided suggestions that saved us money. We had originally wanted a 6 ft gate, but they suggested using a 5 ft instead as it was only one gate rather than two and it would be more sturdy. They also provided pricing for an exact replacement and a shadowbox fence. We decided to go with the latter because the price was not that much more. The technician that installed the fence was extremely professional and meticulous. He did wonderful work!"
