"I hired Daryl to drywall basement after I had framed it out. He was prompt with all his communication, was there when he said he'd be, and did a downright incredible job. We had a fairly tight schedule and were going to be out of town on vacation when we wanted the basement to be done. Daryl was almost booked solid with other jobs, and he went out of his way to fit us in and get 95% of it done when we were gone. The work done was exactly what we hoped for, and the quality of his work shows itself. The room looks like a solid piece of drywall, the priming/texturing is perfectly uniform, and Daryl's crew did a fantastic job cleaning up. Our kitchen had a very fine layer of dust in it, but with how much of a mess drywalling and painting is, this was an incredible feat in and of itself. 10 minutes of moping and wiping a few things down and the house was back to normal. It was also lovely to come home and not have to deal with piles of debris and junk from the drywall/painting process. I couldn't recommend Dixon Drywall & Construction enough and will absolutely hire them in a second should I need additional work done."

"I cannot speak highly enough about the team from "The Electrician." We live in an older pre-fabricated home with no attic space and no ceiling lighting. The installation required fishing wiring through and around countless beams over long expanses. The team was patient, skilled, and confident in their work. They even helped us arrange an improved placement when our original plan was not possible due to our home's unique structure. Their work was completed in a timely fashion, and looks and functions beautifully! The estimate was fairly priced and the initial estimate procedure was professionally handled and carefully explained. Most importantly the owner and team were polite, communicative, detail-oriented, and tidy. As this job was done during a pandemic, the electricians remained masked and used other professional health protocol during their work. I have used "The Electrician" in the past with similarly exceptional results and intend to continue to do so in the future."

"Kevin, one of the owners, was extremely responsive showing up for an estimate within 24 hours of my call.  His repair person did a really nice job repairing the drywall cracks.  His painting crew came in and did a superb job painting.  We were concerned because we recently put in all new windows with new trim and the crew did a wonderful job keeping paint of the naturally-finished wood.  They covered everything we asked for, were polite, responsive and just really nice people to have around for a day.  The painting was completed in a day with an hour return the next morning for a couple of areas that needed a second coat.  Looks great -- the obtained the correct colors and finish as ordered for the walls and ceilings, using a high quality brand paint for the job.  The only slip up was the drywall repairman was supposed to call before returning the second day, but he showed up unannounced when I was not there to let him in, so couldn't complete the work on the day was supposed to be completed.  Kevin immediately responded to the problem and had it finished the very next day. <br />"

"I hired Patrick for a kitchen remodel. I needed the existing cabinets, sink, countertop, and tile removed. The space prepared for a new sink cabinet and a new wall cabinet to replace the existing cabinets. I first met Patrick and knew that I would like working with him. His estimate came in, and that sealed it. Patrick did an amazing job!!! He installed the new cabinets, countertop, some tile work, lighting, some new outlets and a new sink and garbage disposal. He did an amazing job on all of it!!! A great job on the electrical, plumbing, tile, framing in the wall for the new cabinet and replacing the existing sink cabinet, drywall, and preparing the new walls for final paint for me. Patrick had really great suggestions on materials and things that just made sense as we went along. He also was really open to my suggestions and changes as the project progressed. Not only is he a great contractor and amazing at what he does, he's a really kind person. It was a pleasure to have Patrick in my home for the project, and we had many great conversations and he is just a really good person. The project came in on time and UNDER budget! Well, a little over the original budget, but that was my fault because I added things like a garbage disposal, extra outlets, tile work, etc... But definitely under budget for all the work he did. I would hire Patrick again, for sure. I wish I could upload photos of my before and after. Great work Patrick!! Oh, and during COVID times, Patrick always had a mask on while working and I appreciate that."
