"Derek repaired the skirting on the entire front of my doublewide. Damage caused by the winter snow sliding off the roof. He is very professional and detailed and very polite, which is not very common these days. He cleaned up the area when the job was finished. I would most definitely hire Derek again for other projects. Derek, thank you again."

Their quote was reasonable. Upon hiring they showed up on time and completed all work professionally. Cleaned area after work. I would recommend them for work. I am in talk with them for another project as well. Hope it goes well as well."

"Jessica is extremely professional and effective at managing various needs of the property we are co-hosting. She completely turned my apartment around in 1 week and made it look like something out of a home brochure/magazine. I'm convinced there is no challenge she can't handle."

"Jack tore down and replaced my aging front porch. He rebuilt the entire porch below the roof and did a fantastic job. The house is over 100 years old and the porch fits the style of the home.perfectly but it is done in modern materials. He was easy to work.with and listened to my ideas and concerns. I get compliments on it regularly from neighbors and others passing by. He has also done work on my antique front door and installed 2 storm doors. Highly recommend him."

"perfect and easy to work with"

"Rob did a wonderful job with inside and outside projects. He is very professional and works cleanly and does a thoro job! Will have him back in the Spring for other repair projects"

"It went great and the end product was just what we wanted. There is a photo and review on their Facebook page. We made sure to have all of our needs and specs clearly worked out prior to the build. There were a couple style changes but they were easily dealt with. We plan on having more work done by All Trades Cortland."

"I had some serious hail damage and had to have 4 roofs replaced. As Picture Perfect Homes had done a lot of work for me a few years ago, I called on them to do the roofs and a few other jobs. They always work in a timely fashion, clean up everyday, do excellent work and apprise me of upcoming costs. On the rainy days they replaced the screens on my screened in porch, and vacuumed the whole porch, repaired an outlet and other odds and ends. They are also very good company.. Polite and personable I would highly recommend them. The job they did a few years ago was pretty big. Redoing a bathroom, replacing kitchen cabinets and my inside doors and painting. I was very pleased with the finished product."
