"Our concrete patio was too small and very difficult to step down from the patio door to patio level. I explained how I wanted to raise a new deck over the existing and enlarge two feet one direction and ten feet the other including raising the level eleven inches including a three season room that opened on the patio. I had no formal plans, just an idea. He listened to my ideas then completed exactly what we wanted. We could not be more pleased with the final results! Eons attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and use of time was something you do not often see from contractors working on a T. M. job. I have recommended him to others and would hire him again should I need a carpenter. Dave P."

"We had our roof replaced by Bone Dry. My problem is with the Crew they sent out. The Foreman was 23 yrs old and not Bilingual. The entire crew could not speak English and I was told the Foreman was communicating with them via a Translator App? Never saw him use it once or any of the Crew. They worked for an hr after dark and when I questioned the office staff about the liability, safety and workmanship of this practice I was told â Thatâ s why we have insuranceâ After 3months the new roof began to have some lifting and bowing of the Shingles. They did come out and fix this, but I asked for another crew to be sent out instead of the original group. They told me they â understoodâ , but I got the same crew again. I had another roofing company come out and review work they did. This company said it â was not the cleanest job and would not have passed with their company. Also ,there was some poor nail placement and materials were too bunched together. I have informed Bone Dry of the assessment and they are sending one of their senior members out - this will be the 4th or 5th time I have had to meet with someone after the roof was originally installed. Very, very disappointed. Wouldnâ t recommend these folks to anyone!!!!"

"I am so disappointed. This company did a bait and switch and I ended up cancelling the order because they wanted $2,000 more! One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"

"Devon came to inspect the roof on the home we just bought. Found issues the inspector neglected to tell us about. Took the time to explain the entire process, found us some much appreciated discounts, answered all our questions, even helped argue with the inspector. He promptly returned messages and calls. His entire team were great. They showed up promptly and even though the weather wasn't great they finished the entire roof in 1 day. There were 2 minor issues that were promptly dealt with. I wish I had more experiences like this. He showed us they were ranked number 1 and then proved why. I will literally be 100 before I have to worry about my roof. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced."

"They were great to work with. Only hiccup was having to add fire suppression per county inspectors. The floor to finish was all done within a reasonable schedule and professionally completed."

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Veterans-administration, OH

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
