"Firstly, the crew arrived with a ladder and leaf blower. I assumed they would have the necessary tools to ensure a thorough and clean job as their website shows a very different approach but it became apparent that they were ill-prepared for the task at hand. As they proceeded to clean the gutters, the leaf blower was their tool of choice. Instead of efficiently removing debris from the gutters, the leaf blower sent a array of gutter remnants flying everywhere. This resulted in a complete mess, with debris scattered all over the sides of my house and even onto my car. In the end, I had to spend additional time and effort cleaning up the mess left behind by Monroe Gutter Cleaning. This not only defeated the purpose of hiring professionals but also left me regretting my decision to choose their services.
