"I called Doug's roofing and their response was immediate. Within a half hour one of their guys was at our door, giving us an estimate as to time and cost, etc. They said they would come back on Sunday morning and they were true to their word. They did an incredible amount of work in getting the roof all shoveled off, steaming the ice dams away (working on about 50-ft. of roof), shoveling off the debris from the deck and sides of the house where snow was being shoveled off, etc. When the work was done they stuck by their original cost estimate even though they had worked considerable time beyond that.
