Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. "The job went exceptionally well. Josh repaired the weatherstripping on my sliding glass door in the kitchen with the weatherstripping that I had bought. Everyone else had told me that I could not use that weatherstripping, it was impossible to repair weatherstripping like that, and then I should replace the entire sliding glass door. Then Josh repaired some molding on the bathroom shower, again usually using mostly my product. He then removed the screen from another sliding glass door, realigned the wheels, sprayed it with my WD-40 and reassembled it. The door does not squeak anymore."
