"Barely a month ago we first contacted System Pavers to consider having them replace our driveway. Today, I signed off on completion of the project, which was extremely smooth from start to finish. When James Jordan, our design consultant first met with us via video conference, he already had Google images of our property, and was therefore well prepared to discuss what we wanted to do. Based on that meeting, he prepared a first draft plan for what we wanted, which he brought to our home only about 3 days later, along with material samples. At the end of that marathon meeting, we had a game plan for a 2- or 3-phase project: first replacing our driveway and then -- if we were satisfied with phase 1, moving on to the back patio and yard. Two weeks later, construction started, with Jimmy Jackson as our Project Manager and Temo as his crew chief, and now -- less than a week later, everything is completed and beautiful. During the course of construction, we encountered a couple of minor glitches -- nothing major -- and each time, Jimmy's attitude (and that of everyone working with him) was, "no problem -- we can fix that." Meanwhile, our neighbors have been working (with a different company!) on a similar project for the past 4+ months. Needless to say, they are in awe of how quickly our transformation was completed!"

"We contacted California Custom Landscape to give us a quote on redoing our backyard. We needed to replace our old, cracked patio, redo our sprinkler system, and replace old, overgrown landscaping. Henry listened to our plans and added ideas to improve them. We are so happy we went with CA Custom Landscape! Henry and his crew did an excellent job on all aspects of our project. Henry was here everyday and kept us updated. He and his crew were professional and conscientious, and quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had as the project progressed. "Overall the project was fantastic, and Seth was great to work with. From taking the concept my wife had, Seth drew up a plan with everything she asked for, and we were able to scale back where needed for budgeting purposes, so he helped us rework from the original design to where we ultimately landed. Timing - he began on time, and finished early. Project lasted a total of 5 weeks. Budget - he was spot on to the original budget. We did make changes to some items, and he kept a running change list that was helpful to keep us on track. Team - The guys were amazing, and took exceptional pride in their work. I got to chat them up quite a bit, and they’ve been with Seth for many years - which was an awesome sign, because I’m guessing you don’t stay of things aren’t going well. They were here everyday from 7-3:30, and the few times that they weren’t, we had a heads up. We even got a heads up when it wouldn’t be the full crew. Communication - pretty sharp, zero complaints here. We knew what was going on, when it was happening, and Seth was here almost everyday for at least a period of time. Overall, they were great - and we will use them again for our front yard, hopefully sooner rather than later."

"Scheduled an appt with Sunshine Foundation Repairs, Solomon arrived on time. He listened attentively to my concerns he shared his honest & professional opinion, the foundation is good. The damaged I experienced in my home from the earthquake on 07.31.25; second level floor sloping, drywall cracks & popping noises I heard would not be fixed by the services offered by Sunshine. The house was sound and I did not have to worry that the house had seriously damage based on what he saw including the attic. My experience was normal for a house built in 1978 he recommended steps to consider. He did not attempt to take advantage of my concerns & sell me services I did not need, unlike Dalinghaus Foundation Repair who charged $1980.00 1st inspection & attempted to sell me piers to the tune of $30K. Unfortunately I called them first. I wish I had googled differently & to find Sunshine Foundation Repairs. I highly recommend Sunshine Foundation Repair."
