The jackhammer only took about 10 minutes and was not as loud as I had expected. They were only on my patio for about 45 minutes. They did not waste any time. Originally, I had gotten a bid from them to only remove 10 square feet. The day before, we changed our minds. D & A Concrete was able to provide an updated bid over the phone. "The whole project--from estimation through completion--went really well. We have a rowhouse, and we got fencing for both sides of our rear driveway and a roll-up garage door. They were able to deal with two large trees on either side that the fence had to be custom cut / fitted around and the result looks really good. We had one small issue where the final state of some cement they had to break up on the neighbor's side was making our neighbor unhappy, and when I emailed Gus about it he immediately emailed back and they came back to fix it later and it looks great. There are always going to be small issues like that on a big project, and Gus's responsiveness was outstanding."
