"I hired E.T. General Contractor, Inc. and worked closely with Julio on a fairly large backyard cleanup. My backyard is about 9,000 sq. ft., and I received seven estimates. Julio’s estimate was in the middle of the range, but the main reason we chose him was the impression he made during our first conversation. He came out, inspected the property, talked through the options, and provided thoughtful recommendations based on what he saw. "Isaac was a pleasure to work with. They captured my vision for my condo perfectly. I had major work done (Had two bathrooms renovated completely (remove a bathtub and extend the shower and make a closet in one of them), tear out the hard wood floors and polish the concrete, paint the kitchen cabinets and install a backsplash and put in new carpeting in the bedrooms and paint the whole place.
