"I hired Tim's company to replace some outdoor lights and a bath fan I knew was gonna be a booger. The guys were professional, quick, tidy, friendly, timely, and super reasonably priced. I now have a whisper quiet bath fan and outdoor lights that actually work! So I had them back to install two ceiling fandeliers, which I knew would be a battle because the wall switches were never wired. They were super quick, again, super tidy and really sweet. Tim's estimates were spot on both times, no hidden crap, and hundreds of dollars less than a previous estimate by another electrician. They made it look easy and restored my faith in trades coming into my house (have had some bad experiences; haven't we all?). Tim's communication via phone and text was quick and personable. Super happy. Am looking for more thing I can have them do!"

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. "Normally I HATE contractors with all their flakiness and excuses and BS, so I was not looking forward to getting our old rotten wood patio cover replaced.  Luckily, we found Patios by B&B here and went with them.  From the first contact to the final walk-around, Jeff and his team were exceptionally good and professional.  Jeff helped us select an aluminum material and also helped advise us on the design.  Everything went smoothly and the team were always prompt, courteous and clean.  They went over and above the call of duty as well, repairing some fairly serious termite damage that was exposed underneath the eaves when the old patio cover was removed, much to my relief.  The work was completely on time and on budget, and we are very impressed and happy with our beautiful new shady spot.  I just wish Jeff and his crew did other types of work!  HIghly, highly recommended.
