She was very precise on the layout and utilization of the furnishings and accessories which helped tremendously in limited spaces. She has a keen wonderful eye for color, which resulted in an updated cohesive look for each room my home. I also liked her use of re purposed materials throughout my home. She transformed the plain bedrooms, baths and uninspiring living/dining spaces into a warm and inviting home by choosing style and color palettes, selecting appropriate furniture and floor/window coverings, artwork and lighting. Terri showed me design plans in advance by reviewing catalogs and bringing some samples to me, giving me a feel and taste of what my actual design would look like once finished. Although it has been 2 years since Terri turned my plain loft into a beautiful and stylish sanctuary, every day I am still in awe of how happy I am living in this beautiful place. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. \n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's \n 225 for 11x14's \n 275 for 14x17's \n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. "I had a very disappointing and beyond frustrating experience with JEANNELLY JAY OWNER & PRINCIPAL INTERIOR DESIGNER at Ivyleaf Interior Decor. I should have read the plethora of bad reviews prior to hiring this company. The poor reviews are consistent with what I experienced. but there were so many good ones too Prior to hiring JEANNELLY JAY OWNER & PRINCIPAL INTERIOR DESIGNER at Ivyleaf Interior Decor , I very clearly expressed expectations through photographs and conversation. If JEANNELLY could not deliver the luxury staging experience Ivyleaf Interior Decor promotes, we should never have engaged in a working relationship. At a minimum, JEANNELLY should have been upfront about lacking inventory (the excuse I was given), and that the glamorous look to which I was aspiring could not be achieved. Instead, JEANNELLY took $14,900.00 upfront, and delivered substandard staging; dirty, stained and damaged furniture and art. Furthermore, a clashing "farmhouse" style was incorporated into one of the main rooms; highly inconsistent with the glamorous style of the home's design. The corrective action the rep took to remove the dirt from the art was to stick her finger in her mouth in an attempt to wipe off the dirt on the art. Not appropriate under any circumstances, but especially egregious in the COVID era. I lost confidence in getting JEANNELLY the Owner at Ivyleaf Interior Decor, LLC to rectify the situation. In order to achieve a quality look, consistent with the home's quality construction and design, I had to move several of my own art pieces, accessories and furniture into the home. On the day JEANNELLY and Ivtyleaf team was scheduled to vacate the premises, I drove 2 hours to meet the crew at 8:00 AM, our scheduled time; the crew was over 3 hours late. JEANNELLY continuously lied to me about the crew getting stuck in early morning traffic. The truth, JEANNELLY and Ivyleaf Interior decided to schedule another job prior to my scheduled 8:00 AM time slot. Par for the course."
