Clean off any debris and glue down insulation board install termination bar across we're shingles meet Gutter so water can't go under shingles and then install rubber over entire Flat area. But as we got some heavy rain within a couple of week they had to come back to fix it after that had no leaks they came back once again to fix the drain. Also my neighbor like there work and hire them to do there roof. All in all great job."
