While we tried to get comparison estimates, he offered a discount, as they had some extra time in-between jobs. Since his was the best estimate, we went ahead. We were pleased with their service and attention. So far, the roof has not leaked again. Of course, we have to wait until there are a few more heavy downpours to know for sure if it is fixed definitively. They gave us a year guarantee (mainly because it was a repair and not a whole new roof)."
