"Malecas and his crew are professional, prompt response, very easy to work with. I delayed my project one year and when contacting Malecas a year later, he treated me like it was the first time I asked him for the estimates. The crew completed the work earlier than what we expected. They cleaned up the space around the pavers, leveled our uneven backyard and neatly stacked our old bricks, when they don't need to do it. Work is superb, love our new patio - will definitely use them again for our next project!"

"I had a laundry room that needed tile laid, some drywall repair (large holes and a lot of small nail pops) painting, (walls and ceiling), trim, and a new toilet installed. Bill and Bobby showed on time daily and kept my in the loop as far as what was going on that day and what would be done the next day. They very professional and did an excellent job. We have plans to Bill and Bobby again for a bathroom remodel in the future. I would recommend them for any job big or small."

"He did an excellent job.  The price quoted also included price to seal <br /> driveway.  I would definitely recommend him to my neighbors and do work <br /> with him again.  I have a driveway less than 25 feet and made of <br /> concrete.  He not only replaced it but gave me instructions on how to <br /> care for it.  He will also seal the driveway.  He is very honest.  I <br /> thought the driveway seal was more and he reminded me of the cost which <br /> was considerably cheaper than I thought.  I can not recommend him <br /> enough. <br /> <br />"

"I had to pay for two deliveries, which was fine, because we ended up using more stone than we had planned on. Jerry, the owner walked outside with me and helped me match the stone to the colors of my kitchen. He had supplied the stone and the cabinetry the year before, so he knew. He gave me product knowledge. He helped me color match. My stones had pinks, browns; burgundy's and grays in them. The wall for the flowerbed by my kitchen is just beautiful. The real stone is a dead ringer for the Eldorado stone veneer. On the kitchen wall. After I picked out the stone, he set it aside and marked it sold. It was $50 for the delivery. Stacking stone is about $200 a pallet. He carries the Eldorado stone cabinetry; it is a mix of stone and cement. One of the cabinets was not the right one, I called him and he came right out and got it, drove it to the distributor, got me the right cabinet and brought it back that day and did not charge me. The distributor was 2 hours away. I will continue to use him. He had already been to my property and new my project and said, let us go out and pick the right color."

"Responsive estimate/quote. Biddle Landscaping was able to quickly schedule the work and completed it in one day. The foliage was trimmed well and in a very aesthetically pleasing presentation. Mulch was replaced to nice thickness (in spite of the discovery of 2 hornet nests....2 cans emptied into nests). Very well executed job."

"It couldn't have gone any better.  GreenWeaver arrived when they said they would with enough workers and equipment to complete a large project in several days. The owners, Jennifer and Greg Nichols, both very personable, remained on-site the entire time, ensuring that the project was implemented exactly as drawn up.  They were respectful of my property, courteous, knowledgeable, and obviously competent.  The results speak for themselves.  Not only <em>would </em>I use them again, I <em>will</em> be using them again since the just-completed project is only phase one of a two-phase project, the second  phase scheduled for next spring.  Now that my water problem has been abated, Greg will also be working on lawn restoration as the third leg on this stool. <br /> One feature that drew me to GreenWeaver, and that I want to mention specifically, is their design capability.  Before the project was contracted, Jennifer created a large-scale drawing that represented exactly what they planned to do, including the specific plantings  and where they would go, how it would be laid out and, of course, the cost.  This allowed us to discuss their concept, make adjustments as we saw fit and then contract for the job knowing exactly what to expect.  As with all  plans, no matter how thorough, adjustments had to be made on the fly, but these were all discussed and executed without adding to the cost. <br /> I was in the market for an easily maintained, ecologically-minded landscape in a well-designed package; GreenWeaver  delivered in a totally professional manner.  <br />   <br /> <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Vineland, NJ

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
