Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. They are our go-to for all things roof related."

"I,E.L.Sivels Capital Llc, stand firm, project move at a steady pace, but there was a few items that I was concerned about, the offset in the front of the roof pitch, wind prone shingles dangling at the corners, nails that was use as support was nail to the top layer of the shingles, expose wood that is subject to weather that should have been felt or flash. I have made several attempts in good faith reaching out, to get the problem solved.In all fairness he does call and response verbally to my concerns, but the conversation never leads to resolving the said problems that I am concern with."

It did take a little longer than I had hoped to begin the work, but this was largely due to an extremely wet and rainy July. Otherwise, everything was extremely timely and professional. One more thing: Chris Davis is an honest man. I would rehire him in a heartbeat, and I recommend him to all.

"AMAZING!! First of all I had other quotes prior to hiring this company. They took at least a week to get back to me. Carlos was very thorough in his inspection and gave me a quote same day. They started work within a week of quote and finished in less than a week. I could not ask for a better outcome. They replaced the soffit and fascia, painted the siding, new shutters, pressure washed my brick, re-glazed the windows. They also pressure washed my whole driveway !! Carlos gave me daily updates. Everyone on the crew were very polite and worked very hard everyday until dark. They cleaned up behind themselves daily.
