"Marcelo and his team did a beautiful job on my bathroom remodel. They got rid of the old pink tile and bathtub that was covered with Bath Fitter panels that caused mold. They were punctual and communicated any issues and gave me suggestions about how the tile should be laid. They cleaned up everyday before they left. Marcelo is meticulous, so don’t expect a rush job. He built and installed a linen cabinet for the bathroom as well. I hired them again to cover the old plaster walls in the bedrooms with 3/8” Sheetrock because they weren’t in the best condition. They taped, plastered and primed the walls so well that I don’t want to paint them. They also installed new windows and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We’ve already started designing my dream kitchen for next Spring’s project. Hire them, you will not be disappointed!!"

"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and within budget. The workers were clean and worked full days with minimal disturbances to our everyday activities. Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. The roofs look beautiful, and we are already seeing efficiency as a result of the replacement. The BSE team followed up after completion to ensure we were happy. "I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."
