"We had a tiny project to replace a wood bracket that held the pins of a drop-leaf table's swing-out support arm. Todd contacted us very quickly by phone and by email. He understood what we needed from our conversation. By the time we drove from Truckee to his house/garage, he had a block of hardwood shaped to size. He was creative in resolving the repair while maintaining the design integrity of the 80+ year-old, drop-leaf, mahogany-topped table. After our family dealt with a broken bracket, for decades, with various rigged ways of supporting the leaf and then a wood-filler repair that didn't hold, we are SURE that our friends in Reno will now have a table they can use for dining without having to coddle (barring doing push-ups on a drop-leaf).
