He called after the roof was complete to assure me that if I ever had a problem with the roof, to give Paddy's a call. The install took 1.5 days and the cleanup was very thorough. Its all about the details and Paddy's delivered the details with great customer service. I could not be happier with the process and the results. "I recently had 1st Security install a system in my new house and so far have been very pleased with all aspects of the system, from the initial estimate to the installation to the functioning of the system itself. Jeremy did our initial estimate and provided us with a thorough explanation of the system. I already had done a significant amount of research comparing Alarm.com to ADT and some of the self-install options, but Jeremy was able to provide even more information and help me to understand better the pros and cons of each approach. Larry did our installation and also was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the installation process and providing me with a tutorial at the end. "When American Jewel installed the door I gave them A grades as I thought they did an excellent job.  But after using the door for a few weeks I noticed the dead bolt didn't close completely, but only about 2/3, and also noticed the screen door was no longer aligned properly, so although it closed and looked right, the door was slightly off and it would no longer lock.  I called American Jewel and they scheduled the installer to return and make the minor corrections.  The installer did not show up.  When I called American Jewel again, they did not return my calls. I complained to Angie's List, and via their complaint resolution process American Jewel contacted me.  They were very apologetic and attributed it to a mix up, accepted responsibility and sent the installer to my home to make the minor corrections.  I would use American Jewel again, despite this hiccup, as my wife and I like the door they installed, feel we received excellent value, and ultimately American Jewel followed through on the minor problems I described and corrected them all."

"Ferris Home Improvement was the best company we ever decided to go with. Their work was very professional. Our salesperson, Bill was a great help in helping us pick the right style of cabinets and the size that fit into the spaces we had. Bill was always on hand for us to ask any questions and to get things done. The cabinets, flooring, lighting and tile go together perfect. The installers, Glenn and Brett were excellent. From start to finish they were there on time and cleaned up every day. They even put up with all the questions we had, to which they answered every one of them. In the midst of getting the kitchen done we decided to have our living room and family room floors done also. Bill went right to getting them ordered and setting up the install date. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. We are loving our new windows and although we were told it could take 6 to 8 weeks before we could be contacted for the install it only took 3 weeks from the date of order.
