"I can’t say enough about Billy and his team (Dan and Doc). I heavily researched this project and received about 8 estimates from big box stores, widely advertised private companies, smaller independent companies and Armor offered the best pricing and workmanship. No other company was willing to rake the area around the fence, or work around roots and bushes. Confronted with the same challenges as the other companies, Billy and his team rolled up their sleeves and did the work at no extra cost. Billy hand picked the wood himself from the store. I paid the charge and his team brought the materials to my house. Billy speaks fast and I sometimes had a hard time understanding him, but he is old school in his work ethic. He does honest, hard work for a very reasonable price. This type of person and company is hard to find, a real gem! Three neighbors liked his work on my fence so much, they immediately hired him. Run, don’t walk to hire him. You will not be disappointed."

"My elderly mother needed the roof replaced on my deceased father’s detached workshop, but the first contractor we found through Angie’s List took her twenty-five-hundred-dollar deposit and never performed the work, blaming their failure on Covid before eventually going out of business (we never did get her money back). Obviously, we were very skittish during our second attempt to find an honest and trustworthy contractor with the necessary skills to properly tackle the job. On top of that, the damage to the roof had become severe with a gaping hole developing through the shingles and plywood. We got quotes from a couple different companies, and ASAP stood out, not because of their pricing (which was very competitive), but because as a father and son team, Jack and Chris were sensitive to my mom’s plight. First, in the initial site visit to work up the quote, Jack smelled a natural gas leak coming from the hot water heater as we walked through the utility room of the house. Not sure how long it had existed, as no one else noticed it, but I was able to verify the leak with soapy water and fixed it immediately after Jack left. Once we selected ASAP for the project, Chris offered to come out and patch the hole in the workshop’s roof until the materials arrived and the install could be scheduled. But aside from the speedy progress and quality installation, it was the respect and kindness with which they treated my mom that mattered the most. Never once were her questions or concerns during the job treated as a burden, and her small requests, clearly outside the project’s scope, were handled quickly and cheerfully. We were so impressed with ASAP, that after the roof work, we approved all new T-111 siding and windows for the workshop. When that was done, she signed off on the demolition of the old, dilapidated wooden privacy fence surrounding the backyard, and approved the installation of its replacement. Since that went so well, she decided to have ASAP replace the 30-year-old backyard deck too, and now we’re waiting for materials to come in so the guys can replace the front bay window. Finally, there’s a recently developed roof leak above the den that ASAP is investigating, and I’m certain that if roof work for the house is required, ASAP Construction will get it done."

I was promised an immediate appointment and the office called me the next day to schedule that appointment. A chatty man by the name of Kevin came out the next week, installed the invisible fencing, put up the flags, and gave and quot;Wilburand quot; his first instruction. There were five instruction sessions, each an hour long, for and quot;Wilburand quot; and me if I wanted to watch, that the company included with the fencing. and quot;Wilburand quot; loved Kevin, and responded positively to all the training Kevin had to offer. <br /> Wilbur learned the process in two days and I have nothing but praise for the Invisible Fencing Company and Wilbur. If I had it to do over again, I would call the same company because and quot;Wilburand quot; and I were treated with kindness and respect and the Company did exactly what they said they would do. This and the fact that Invisible Fence Company is the only invisible fence co. in the Tidewater area. Not much comparison to be done unless you want to do the work yourself, which I did not."
