"An excellent job, start to finish. Of 3 bids, Jayhawk was in the middle and the research I did on the GAF roof system, and what Jayhawk proposed was the deciding factor. A four man crew stripped the old roof to the sheeting and installed the GAF system, just as my research indicated it should be done. All landscaping was covered during demo, all trash hauled away and a thorough sweep for debris and nails made it a turn-key job. My home is a one story, four bedroom, "L" shaped, with a sunroom, and the job was done in ONE day, I was impressed. The nice touch was all roof pipes, vents were painted a matching color."

"I contacted Home Advisors on 17 June 2020 requesting the name of a trusted roofing contractor that could provide us with a free estimate for a roof repair or a roof replacement. They provided United Roofing Corporation. Nathan Statz, from United Roofing Corporation, called us and arranged a convenient time to inspect our situation. Prior to Nathan arriving on site I had compiled a list of four or five areas that I considered most needed his specific inspection and indicated those to Nathan. Nathan said he would send me a contract for both a repair or a roof replacement. We opted for a repair of the four areas specified and he would have us placed on their schedule. Over the next few days, we changed our minds and decided rather than the repair of the roof we decided to select the roof replacement. I sent Nathan an email asking if it would be possible to cancel the repair and select the contract for the roof replacement. His company indicated to us they were willing to accept a contract modification without any legal ramifications. A date of 21 July 2020 was selected as the start date and to be completed within one or two days. On 21 July 2020 at 0620L (AM), their crew arrived and rang my doorbell asking if they were at the correct address that needed a roof replacement. Within ten minutes they were on our roof removing the existing roof shingles. After just over two hours they had revealed all of the roof decking and identified the water damaged, broken and split 1â x 6â boards that needed to be replaced. I was invited to climb-up and view what they were starting to replace. There were four to seven areas that probably took another hour or just over to complete the wood replacement. They cleaned the roof and started placing new paper and new shingles. The crew cleaned up around the house and removed any nails and old shingles that had fallen from the house because of their working. The replacement went smooth and I was satisfied with the completed job. I would recommend United Roofing Corporation to anyone that would require their professional services. It is my sincere belief that anyone hiring United Roofing Corporation will likewise be very satisfied, as we have been, with their service, workmanship, abilities, attitude and professionalism. "I had a roof remodeled and then re-shingled. The framing involved removing a flat section of the roof and making it into a gabled roof. The building inspector was impressed with the work. The new shingles were put on the entire roof. The workers on both projects did excellent work and were attentive to detail. They did an outstanding job of clean up, especially the roofers, circling the house several times for nails. I would highly recommend Quality Built Exteriors."

"I first utilized HCR in the August/September time frame. The sales rep., Robin was very pleasant. She did not come off as a high pressure sales person. We engaged in conversation. Her demo of windows was great. I placed an order an order for nine (9) windows to be installed. Due to the supply chain shortage, I did not receive my product and installation until January. Robin had apprised me of this delay upon our initial meeting. The installers were punctual and worked diligently. They installed the windows in one day. I did observe a rip in one of the screens. I placed a call to HCR to inform them of my observation. They said they would replace the screen, which they did in a very timely fashion. I reached out to Robin in September 2022, as I was ready to commence installation of the remainder of the windows, which in total was twelve (12). Robin arrived at my residence. She did the demo and I signed for the purchase. The targeted date for installation was set. There was a brief delay due to the type of living room windows I have - palladium and they are in two pieces. I received a call on or about January 16/17, 2023, apprising me that my windows are in. I set a date for installation - January 24, 2023, with a window of arrival time between 8-11 a.m. The four installers arrived @ 8:30. The immediately commenced to work. They put down a heavy covering for the floors and went at it until completion @ about4ish. I am extremely satisfied with HCR. As you can see, I am a “repeat” customer. I highly recommend them. I saw in one review someone said that they use unlicensed installers. Like any company, they have to go through extensive training and most individuals are not very knowledgeable about their job. They receive training ."

There was a prompt response to the initial request for an appointment. Mike did a thorough inspection of roof. He listened to our needs and concerns and gave several options for how to meet those needs within our budget. We had a detailed written quote before he left. It was not a pushy sales situation at all. The quoted price was extremely fair (we had three quotes). They scheduled the job quickly as soon as we indicated we were ready and were very communicative during rescheduling that had to occur due to weather. The crews were exceptionally professional and productive for both roof and gutters. Mike stopped by while work was happening and after it was done to ensure that we were happy and work was of high quality, looking it over carefully himself to ensure that it met high standards. We had no issues with cleanup or damage. We recommend with no reservations!"
