"I hired Kevin last minute. Someone who looked at my home to buy complained of the pet smell. Kevin thoroughly cleaned my carpets, addressed my specific problem, and even helped me move and rest furniture. Would hire againâ ¦."

"The job was done great, the carpets were very clean and smelled great afterwards. He was very professional and punctual. The prices were fair and the service was done in a decent amount of time."

"Josh was exceptional, very professional and polite and really took his time making sure that my stuff was super clean. I have used this company in the past and they are my first choice for any carpet of furniture cleaning."

"Really amazing job. They stayed longer than the intended timeframe, to make sure everything was scrubbed down (even in hard to reach areas, etc). They also were very reasonable. I had to insist on giving them more than they were charging, because of the extra time they spent on the job."

"I was a long time customer with S&S Carpet. We're a newly retired military family and while living in 2 different rental homes during our time in Chesapeake, VA we used a couple different carpet cleaners before finding S&S. I can tell you without hesitation that Sirlance & Shermelle (S&S Carpet Owners) are the hardest working and most dependable people, not to mention the amazing results you will see in their work. In our first house, we had a couple old/unknown stubborn carpet stains that wouldn't budge with 2 other carpet cleaners. I had S&S come out and he tried one method, but it didn't come completely clean. As promised, he came back out at no extra charge and after the 2 method he tried - perfect results. We used S&S for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, as well as the fabric seats and carpet in our daughters car. Always thorough and great results. When we moved to our second rental house to get us through our last year as an active duty family, it was in much need of carpet cleaning. Again, S&S came through. Despite it taking 2 times to get it to my desired level of clean (not due to S&S - it was really old, neglected carpet) Sirlance succeeded. I always referred to him as the carpet "Magic Man" and considering some of the unknown stains he ran across sometimes, he always went above and beyond to get great results. I'm telling you, if Sirlance can't get it out of your carpet - no one can. He is not only professional, but incredibly reasonable in price. I enjoy supporting small, family businesses in each place we live and S&S is one of the best. I hope this review lets those in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach and surrounding areas know who they can call when they need any of the services S&S offers. Thank you, Sirlance and Shermelle. I'll miss y'all."

"My home was in need of housekeeping duties so I hired It’s Mighty Clean to help with that. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and it didn’t take all day to complete the task."
