"Mr. Walker did a great job cleaning the carpets in my mother's house. The carpets were off white and had last been cleaned in 2017. He made them look as good as new. He cleaned 5 bedrooms, a living room, den, dining room, hallways and staircase in a little over 3 hours. He did a great job cleaning the heavily soiled family room carpet. Afterwards I engaged him to do the staircase in my home and he another great job. His fee was most reasonable for the two jobs. I highly recommend him."

"These guys were amazeing, 10000 /10!!! They were kind and pacient and cleaned my Carpets better than they've been done in YEARS! they even helped meet my budget! They also moved my living room furnature, extra cleaned my art studio, AND they even helped me put my curtains back up because they were a bit heavy for me while they were there. They didnt have to do any of that extra stuff, but they did. They went above and beyond for me and i love them for it! I apriciated the heck out of it! "I was a long time customer with S&S Carpet. We're a newly retired military family and while living in 2 different rental homes during our time in Chesapeake, VA we used a couple different carpet cleaners before finding S&S. I can tell you without hesitation that Sirlance & Shermelle (S&S Carpet Owners) are the hardest working and most dependable people, not to mention the amazing results you will see in their work. In our first house, we had a couple old/unknown stubborn carpet stains that wouldn't budge with 2 other carpet cleaners. I had S&S come out and he tried one method, but it didn't come completely clean. As promised, he came back out at no extra charge and after the 2 method he tried - perfect results. We used S&S for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, as well as the fabric seats and carpet in our daughters car. Always thorough and great results. When we moved to our second rental house to get us through our last year as an active duty family, it was in much need of carpet cleaning. Again, S&S came through. Despite it taking 2 times to get it to my desired level of clean (not due to S&S - it was really old, neglected carpet) Sirlance succeeded. I always referred to him as the carpet "Magic Man" and considering some of the unknown stains he ran across sometimes, he always went above and beyond to get great results. I'm telling you, if Sirlance can't get it out of your carpet - no one can. He is not only professional, but incredibly reasonable in price. I enjoy supporting small, family businesses in each place we live and S&S is one of the best. "When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"
