"This is my first time leaving a review for a company as I've never felt the need to, but using Pacific Environmental I feel I should share with my home owners. My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. PEAS left a memorial memory our kids still talk about. I strongly recommend them and would use them again."

"Overall experience Terrific. Joseph is one of the most honest, straight forward guys out there. I am very thankful with God that he leasing me in the right way so that I would choose his company over the other companies out there. I’m the beginning I thought that the price was a bit high for my budget but then later I realized the skill level that he does in each one of his kinds of inspection he offers is unbelievable. I owe Joseph my life he helped me convince myself that there truly was a serious mold problem with the house that I just bought not even 1 year ago. "Angel did an amazing job pumping out over 6,000 gallons of water from under our house! Diego came out very quickly to initially assess the damage and then Angel and his team started pumping the water out just a few hours later. They worked hard from 8pm to 2am! Angel was so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process! He responded to all my texts so quickly and communicated with the office for me to get all the documentation that my insurance needed. He even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. Angel came back multiple times to check on our house and make sure everything was drying properly and that there wasn't any further damage. He left the fans under our house for over an extra week for no additional charge to make sure it was completely dry. Angel was awesome and offered the best customer service!"
