Jason even agreed to come a little outside of their normal service area to respond to my request for a careful inspection and minor repairs where slate tiles were either missing or slightly out of place. And after the inspection and repairs were done, he provided a written report with photos on the condition of our roof (which is excellent), and what we will need to do in the future to maintain its good condition. "Connell Roofing replaced our existing roof with a new GAF Timberline ULTRA HD asphalt shingles, including some copper valleys and three solar roof vents. In addition, Connell installed a new gutter and downspout system replacing our 20-year old LeafGuard system with new covered gutters by Leaf Relief. Chris Kent, the salesperson, sat down with us during the contract process and explained the entire process, the types of materials, and warranties. He was very professional and informed and answered all our questions during the meeting and follow up emails. Chris also visited the site during both installations to ensure compliance with our contract. Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"He arrived and knew what was to be repaired . It was replacing chingels on the roof . When he arrived he looked up and saw exactly the location of where the shingles came from . He's very knowledgeable! He went right to work . And was finished in no time . He did check other areas of the roof for me , thus was on the front main part of the house . I did question him that my husband had told me were going to have to have another roof done in the very near future . I had discussed this with crieg and he said no you don't. Your roof is in good condition right now , and you've still got some years to go here before that is to be done . It was a big relief to me to hear this . "Overall, quite good. I'd rate the work and the primary workers (Konner and Nick) as excellent. Only time will tell regarding the results (deal with some tricky spots on the roof where ice damming was happening and water was coming in), but the process was excellent. Konner was in constant contact; I knew exactly where they were in the process and what the various decision points were. The only reason that I did not give a 5 is that I did not love the sales process. Their prices are relatively high (that's okay--I think they do good work, and I understand that materials are expensive at the moment), and I felt that we were being pressured to spend lots of money on big, expensive jobs--something we were not in a good position to do."
