"Avoid this one like the plague. After being involved with him for over 3 years, in my opinion, he is an incompetent, unethical conn-man whose only notion of the truth is whatever is most convenient to him at that moment. In January 2021, I signed a contract with him for $167,000 to remodel my kitchen, laundry room, and master bathroom. He said it would be finished in 6 months, That was over 3 years ago and it's still not finished. That didn't stop him from demanding final payment when over $25,000 of the job was still undone. He then filed a fraudulent affidavit with the court, stating the work was finished; the fraudulent affidavit allowed him to file a lien against my house, to blackmail me into paying his exorbitant charges. The case outcome was a payment from him to me, but it didn't start to pay for the unfinished work or the legal expenses caused by his fraud. Find an ethical contractor to do your job."

After reading fellow Floridian reviews, I took a chance and hired him for a total master bathroom renovation. Through communication and Bill's drawings I knew exactly what to expect. "I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going. I now have a beautiful bathroom and I couldn’t be more happy. S&W does it ALL and I would highly recommend their company for any of your renovation needs. Anne R. 5/20/25"

"We found our original shower in our condo was shedding tiles and underneath great discoloration. David Hyatt was recommended by a friend as a contractor to contact. We did, he responded immediately, together we developed a complete gut of the master bathroom. He pulled the appropriate permits quickly, proceeded to do the demo portion quickly and then started the reconstruction to our specs. He was very conscious of protecting our apartment from dirt and dust, and we never had any problems. The only thing that slowed the process was the supply chain issues that started with Covid, and the number of other renovation projects in Vero Beach at the same time. The two minor blemishes we found upon completion were promptly remedied. I have also recommended them to a close friend for his rental house kitchen redo, and he was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I heartily recommend David Hyatt for your construction or restoration needs."

"Housmans Aluminum is fundamentally dishonest. They provided me with a quote for a screen room and assured me that it would be no issue to proceed. I even made a roof alteration that cost over $2,500. After collecting my deposit, they attempted to obtain the necessary permit, but the city rejected the project due to setback regulations. Consequently, we could not proceed, yet Housmans Aluminum declined to refund my deposit. Very dishonest!"
