"I joined Angie's List to find a provider for this project. I had a crack in the bottom of my tub and needed to get it fixed or replaced. <br /> The reviews for Neighborhood Plumber were all good and my experience mirrored all the good things I read before contacting them. Larry was prompt in returning my query and came out to give me a free estimate. We discussed what could go wrong (might have to cut the wall to get it in the small space) and what to expect. He gave me good advice about deciding on the quality of materials and a cost and time estimate that was right on the money (low end of the estimate, even!) <br /> He offered to email me pictures of the tubs and surrounds available at the local big box stores and also price the same or better at his warehouse supplier. I got an itemized receipt for the exact materials, prices about $100 less for the total than what I had estimated at the local home supply store. <br /> We set a date (he was able to get me on the schedule within 7 days) and he and his helper arrived exactly when they said they would and got to work. Everything went just like we hoped. No wall cutting, no electrical issues (the panel for the house was very close to the back of the tub) and the only remaining issue is doing the minor drywall work around the surround edges and then painting. We talked beforehand and agreed that dealing with the drywall and quot;fixesand quot; would be a separate job for someone else. <br /> I am thrilled with the project. Talk about coming in on time and under budget. The total cost was exactly what he said the low end would be and they finished in one day, just like they were planning. They were careful to keep the mess contained and they cleaned up after themselves. I can highly recommend this plumber. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Purchased water heater from Lowes//had it installed and running in less than an hour!    Dug up my sewer line and found where previous plumbers had punched holes in the line and dirt had run inside and plugged the line!  He cut off the broken section,replaced with PVC and installed making sure was flowing downhill!  He removed old wall siding and rotted out wall studs,,replaced with new 2x4,s added plywood replacing the sheetrock and 1x4;s they used in building this frame house..replaced with new siding!  He ran a pipe snake once and unplugged my sewer line qiuickly!"

"Work was not performed. This estimate was more than double the other estimates. However, I have a friend who used this company for a big addition to their home and did an excellent job. I believe that our job was too small for them and we received such a large estimate. Basically, that if they were going to take time away from larger jobs to do this little one, then it needed to be worth their time. I would probably get estimates from them in the future for larger projects. <br />"

"For one thing, once he came, you had his word that he'd stay until the job was finished.  None of this business of starting a job, then disappearing.  Also, Jeff explains what he's doing and why he's doing it.  He doesn't mind stopping work to show you what's going on.  Everybody on the job was polite and friendly.  Would we hire him again?  Already have.  He's coming back later this summer to do a bathroom renovation."

"I can't say enough about Ray and his crew from Centerstate Mobile Home Repair, they would always have our best interest in mind when making suggestions. His work is excellent and above what he said he would do. The work they have done has made our 15yr old home look much better than it did brand new. Ray can do anything, we decided to go with a combination of carpet and laminate flooring in the home instead of carpet throughout like it was. He did a beautiful job with the laminate flooring we wanted and the carpet. He had to do some mold control in all the walls in addition to much more work. They even replaced the insulation underneath the home. He has now completed the restoration and we are beginning to move back in, we have them building a new front deck which is almost completed and so far looks far beyond our imagination, it's going to be a great asset to the home. We have now found ourselves a fantastic repairman/handyman for any projects that we need help with and we would highly recommend Centerstate Mobile Home Repair."
