"We called Steve on an evening night and he was able to help us the next day.  He was on time and did an assessment of our situation and quoted us $200 for both the dryer vent and a normal chimney sweep.  He did a great job, was there no longer than 90 minutes.  We paid with a personal check.  He indicated he'll be able to take Mastercard/Visa in a couple of months as he makes the transition to Waco. "

"Called Mike to make appointment for above work. He agreed to come out next day betwee 9:00 A.M. - 9:30 A.M., closer to 9:00. He arrived just a few minutes after 9:00 and went right to work. Mike is a serious man and seems quite dedicated to his work - <br /> which one gets the impression he regards as a calling. Since he did some work for me last Dec., 2011, he has changed and improved his method and evidently products used. He now uses the Von Schrader Air Cell Technology, which minimizes moisture and avoids overwetting. Indeed, I was able to walk on the carpet right after he was finished. It was completely dry after 2 to 3 hours. (To be fair, I had left house after the 1st hour and it was dry when I got back home.) Mike also had a different, newer machine than he used last year. I get the impression that he is constantly trying to make improvements. This seems like a 1-man operation. When I called, I inadvertantly asked for the wrong thing. I requested cleaning the and quot;traffice patternand quot; with no furniture moved. But what I really wanted was the carpet in each of my carpeted rooms cleaned but with no furniture moved. This is what he did after I explained upon this arrival. He did , though, charge me his original amount, $102.85 (includes tax). His usual charge for the work done is $ 179.95 + tax.. Right now he told me he has an internet speecial for $ 159.95. (I hope my memory is okay on these numbers.). So, even though the misunderstanding was mine, not his, (The and quot;traffic patternand quot; is about a 2-ft swath through each room) he charged me his original quote just to be absolutely sure he was fair. <br />"

They had all the materials delivered the day before their workers started work on the roof which was great that the materials didn’t sit for any length of time. Talbert had a large crew that showed up at 7:00am and got the job done in one day. They worked until dark to finish the roof. I would highly recommend Talbert Construction to perform any roofing needs you might have."

Called company and asked that they come but first research if they could even obtain the proper part. Receptionist said no tech was (ever?) available by phone to determine if they could fix this! Called him out anyway, took a look and stated he couldn't fix but did give me a local source to explore it myself and charged me $99. and left. Local plumbing supply did locate, charged to my credit card and shipped to me. Called tech back out to install, nice and polite, did job quickly and charged me another $200."
