"They need to improve their communication. On the scheduled job starting day, no one showed up in the morning and no call was received. I had to call the company to find out when they will come. I was told that they would come around noon. No one showed up at noon and no call received. I called again and they promised that they would come later that day. Two showed up later that day and power washed the exterior of the house. Next day, a crew of six showed up in the morning and finished the painting in one day. They spread painted first and some areas they used a brush to paint a second coat. When their supervisor was not here, the crew members could not understand English very well. However, when they understood what I wanted, they got it done without any problem. Crew members had good working attitude."
