"This spring we were in search of a company to pour a concrete patio as we were removing our old floating deck. We came across Clark Companies at the White Bear Home Show @ The Hippodrome. They followed up promptly afterwards and set a time to come out for a quote. They answered all our questions and helped us envision what it could look like. They were the only company we had out that actually cared (the others you probably hear advertised all the time). If you're here because you are researching them you can see they do this all the time and they do it well. They gave us many options to choose from for the patio & other items to complete the project (I.e stairs or grass seed). During the installation they were very professional and consulted with us along the way to make sure we were happy before all was said and done. Thank you Clark Companies! "I had a sidewalk and partial driveway installation done. The job estimator John Monaghan was excellent and explained all work that would be done. The concrete work was very nice and done on time, time will tell if the quality lasts.. The driveway portion abutted some existing concrete pavers that need to be removed for the concrete pour and then replaced. The work done on this portion was poor, some pavers needed to be cut and were not cut straight with large uneven gaps. I am not a professional but I will do a much better job replacing them. Also the crew did not bring any base material for this portion and I provided them with leveling sand I had. Details matter."

"Really well - i have used several small landscapers (and even other contractors) over the years, and Josh was by far the best overall experience.  I got his name from a friend who used him for a larger project last year.  I think the price was fair but not cheap, hence my B rating there, but honestly I was not really able to get an equivalent bid from anyone else.  So i could be wrong there.   Overall the experience from sales through design and execution was great.  Josh is knowledgeable and easy-to-work-with, not typical pushy sales.  He worked with us on a great design from my rudimentary sketch, and it turns out to be EXACTLY what we wanted.  We engaged him in the fall, and they were not able to get the project done before winter (although he had never promised to.)  But he said we'd be first on the list in the spring.  He contacted us in March to finalize plans and get a deposit, then got the work done ASAP in mid-April.  They came when they said they would, with a crew of 3 and got the project done in 3 days.  I can't speak to long term quality, but am extremely pleased so far, and hopeful it holds up.   Since this is a front patio, we get many compliments from neighbors on the sidewalk, and have shared Josh's name several times.  Would recommend him highly!  Thanks again, Josh! <br />"

"Chris & his crew arrived on time, they had to remove the existing tree, plant the new tree and create a stone tree well around the nw tree.  It turned out just like we wanted.  They also installed some small shrubs for us to improve the overall appearance of our backyard.  We love it and get compliments on it all the time. <br /> Previous to doing this work for us, Chris & his team installed a paved patio and sidewalk in our backyard that we love.  That's why we knew we needed to go to him when we had this job come up.   <br /> We highly recommend this company for anyone who needs pavers, stone work or landscaping done.  They are reliable and do beautiful work! <br />"

"From the beginning of our search for a company to install a new deck for us, we were impressed with the responsiveness of Outdoor Solutions and the honesty and demeanor of Jim, the owner. He showed us many samples and options for our project and offered good advice on the choices we eventually made. Our 2-man crew was headed by Derrek, who is a master carpenter and figured out an innovative solution for an existing deck light that now does not protrude thru the deck floor. Derrek and his helper Roberto were hard-working and professional. They showed up early and worked late when necessary, and debris was hauled away each day. Our project took longer than estimated but that was because Derek was committed to pleasing us and went above and beyond what others might have done to assure our satisfaction. We absolutely LOVE our new maintenance-free deck and the enhancement it has made to our back yard. One small side note which meant a lot to me was that Christian gospel songs were played as background music while they worked. My husband and I are so happy we chose Outdoor Solutions and recommend this company without any hesitation."

"We have used Green Meadows for 3-4 years now. They come with a crew of 5 or 6 workers and can clean up our entire lawn in 3 hours (normally would take the two of us 3 days). If our trees are late in dropping the leaves, Corey (the owner) has always worked with us to adjust the cleanup date to accommodate our needs. This year, they even came on a Saturday to get the leaves up before the first forecasted snowfall the following day. They have always done a thorough job."
