He confirmed what time he'd be arriving ahead of time, stepped through the work that would be done, detailing leveling and waterproofing efforts his team would complete, did not rush us even though we had numerous questions, and provided an accurate quote for the work. The install went very smoothly as well because Carson arrived the first two days with his team members to ensure we were all on the same page regarding leveling work, tile orientation, etc. Team members were friendly, communicated any questions they had right away, arrived on time each morning, and cleaned up at the end of each day. "These guys were great. I posted on Home Advisor and within an hour I had a consultation scheduled with Sarv and three days after that my floors were installed. I had already completed the two bedrooms myself, but my living room, dining room, entry, and kitchen are much more complicated so I decided to hire someone. It’s an open concept, but it’s sort of shaped like a Z so it isn’t for amateurs like myself. To make matters worse, my trim is very thin so there is no room for error. Needless to say I was a little concerned about hiring someone to do this. I shouldn’t have been. These guys made this look incredibly easy. This would have taken me two days at a minimum and by noon they were done with half the space. I plan to sell my condo in about a year and I look forward to contacting them again to do whatever needs to be done in my new place. Thanks!"

"I had my original wood sided home exterior repainted by Eric and one of his employees. They went above and beyond on prep work, even sanding the old paint with a filtered sander so the new paint would stick better. They did a thorough job scraping and priming by the look of it too. Paint looks great and they did a great job not making a mess and keeping the paint just where it was supposed to be. Communication was great, much better than the others I quoted, and his price was within 5% or so of the other 2 companies. Between the great job he did and his life of the paint warranty I am pretty confident that his work will hold up a long time. I would hire Eric again."
