"<p>We had 3 estimates.  Altstadt was the lowest at about $3000.  Bud's Plumbing was the highest at over $9000 for the same job. (It pays to comparison shop!) </p> <p>They started on time and were always available when needed on somewhat short notice that is always required when you are trying to coordinate work with multiple sub-contractors (electrical, sheetrock, tilers etc),.  They worked around everyone's schedule with no effort.  Absolutely no issues with them.  Work was top notch.  Highly recommended.</p> <br />"

"I buy a plan for the seasonal things. On the price, I don't remember I think it's a couple of hundred dollars and they come out every three months. So, they check everything and occasionally they've done other things such as they've installed a new thermostat, things like that. Actually, that was on the initial visit, and that was an additional price. I've used them I think for a year and a half. It's reasonable, it's part of the package plan. Everything's been running pretty well. I just think they're pretty reliable, professional and easy to deal with. The interactions are very good. They explain what's going on if there is a problem they make sure that I understand what it is and I don't put any pressure on me to make a decision. I would say it's a good working relationship. It was an hour or an hour in a half to do the work, but there was something else that he found and I told him to go ahead and do that too. Everything was just as it was."

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"They were lower than the others I got a quote a from. For what I paid for, I think the work was great. I did have to have them come back out and adjust it but it was a minor thing and they didn't charge me and the service was just fine. They did a quick work. It was effective. It was cheap. They listened to what I wanted in replacing the pipes and the orientations that I wanted. When the guy came back out, he even fixed an additional pipe that was kind of leaking next to the other one with no charge."

"Everything went very well. <br />Two men arrived at 8:30 am to begin replace a twenty year old furnance AC unity. <br />They were informed by the sales rep on what was to be done and I explained what obsticles they may encounter under the house. <br />The old unit had a bad A coil and was leaking water into a closet behind the furnance/AC and damaged the floor. <br />Since the floor had to be replaced, I allowed them to cut a hole in the floor to get better access to the crawl space. <br />There was a lot to be done to put the new system to proper code. <br />The gas line had to be replaced, new drain line, inspect and replace any bad 6" ducts under the house. With so much work the crew of two increased to five by the end of the day to make sure the job got done right and on time. <br /> <br />Without going into further detils of the work that had to be done I can't say enough for the people who work for Brackett. They are exceptional, experienced, curtious and very proffesional. I will recommend Brackett to anyone. They are a top knotch company. <br /> <br /> <br />"
