Several other companies were not available in as timely a manner or would not even answer their phones. I was in the process of selling the house, so the quick repair was required to close the sale. Jerry quoted $575 for some minor roof repairs (reposition a couple of concrete tiles that had slid down, glue cracks, and replace a corner piece), matching 2 other roofing companies quotes. He also planned to reseal and paint exposed flashing and complex intersections. None of the companies actually climbed up on the roof, nor used a drone to survey the roof.
