Get matched with top natural slate roofing installers and replacers in Wadsworth, OH

"Home Exteriors (HE) replaced the roof more than 10 years ago. I hired them to replace 6 of total 11 windows that were over 25 years old. It took from May to December 2023 to get windows manufactured by Andersen, which is a long wait time but obviously not a fault of HE. Once they arrived, HE has installed them promptly. Ronny and Gary did an excellent job in just 2 days despite a cold and wet weather. Ronny discovered that the delivered moulding was too narrow for my windows and quickly brought the right one next day without losing any time. After the installation was complete, HE sent a painter Bernie to paint the internal windows surfaces to match other trim in the house. It took him long time to complete due to his health condition but he did a great job. I just hope Bernie recovers from his illness quickly. The cost of replacement has been quite high but slightly lower than estimates from two other companies. Thanks Home Exteriors for your great job!"

"Without hesitation, no doubt about it, MAP Construction is highly recommended for anyone in need of HVAC service and/or roofing service. They’re prompt with their timing and if anyone is looking for quality work done the right way, I highly suggest reaching out to them. I was able to meet with Matt and He was nothing but informative and his experience shows. MAP did my roof, as well as installed a new hvac system. If you’re looking for the right company for a good price and tremendous quality of work done, don’t hesitate to reach out to Matt Brofman at MAP Construction and you will not be disappointed. Actions speak louder than words and this company is good."

"Brent and his Team did an excellent job! I received several quotes and not only was his pricing the best around but he truly took interest in our project and was there every step of the way to handle any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend him and his Team for anyone who needs a roof repair or replacement."

"Very dedicated and meticulous work. I was messaged when they started work, and given an update pictures as they went along their progress. Including when they had to replace boards. This crew uses 2 x 12 x 8 boards, or plywood, depending on what you have. And at a reasonable rate. I have seen other roofing companies charge three times as much for OSB, so it is encouraging that they use lumber or plywood. After they were done, they went around the property with a fine tooth comb to pick up any nails from the roofing. First with a magnet, then by hand for anything the magnet missed. Our roof was done in May. Since that time, we have had several rain storms and tumultuous weather. We have had no leaks at all, and the roof still looks as good as the day it was installed."

"Full roof replacement, obviously very experienced installation crew. Great job, looks good. Crew also had good support that kept me up to date on the project's scheduling. I appreciated the person at Home Genius who reviewed the order and texted mew that for the color of shingles I picked brown molding around the chimney would look better than the black I chose."

"Very nice and professional crew. Installed roof and replaced rotted wood. Made sure past work from other company was corrected so no future issues occur. They made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. We will definitely call them for more projects in the future!"

"Luke was out to view the damage the following day after being contacted by the office. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about slate roofs (which is hard to find these days) and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to get everything covered that needed repaired (a tree limb fell on the roof and damaged several slate tiles and the chimney flashing). The work has not been completed yet due to weather but I have no doubts that the work will be quality as he certainly seemed very competent and has obviously worked a lot with insurance companies based on how efficient he was in getting the claim approved with my limited involvement in the process."

"We had a massive tree fall & damaged our barn roof...broken rafters & holes in metal roof & skylights. Erb's const. replaced the rafters and replaced the metal roof...with additional skylights!! Fixed it right up at a reasonable cost. Cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend them."

"I have used Rustic Slate roofing a few times now for slate maintenance, new gutters, and gutter cleaning. Each time it has been easy to get a meeting set up for a quote. This year Bela came out to discuss the work. He then he emailed a detailed quote, and we set up a time window for the work to happen. The day the crew came out they did all the work very well and left with everything cleaned up nicely. They replaced some broken slates, updated some flashing, did some paint work on my chimney, cleaned the gutters, and removed some algae from my siding. Bela has a first class operation - easy to work with, friendly, and provides great work. I'll call him again next time for the TLC my slate roof needs."

"I was very impressed with the work of Pioneer Roofing II on my home in Spring 2022. The entire crew was neat, clean & professional. The price was more than fair, which says a lot these days. Cleanup was great. Looks wonderful, nothing but compliments. I recommend Marty & crew highly."
