"They appeared on time with two bucket trucks and started pruning. It took most of the day. They were careful how and where they set up the trucks and I had no visible damage to my lawn or even my fragile begonias. They cleaned up all the cut limbs and left the lawn spotless. I asked them to also trim back a few branches on a tree that was impinging on the streetlight and to prune a little off the top of a Japanese maple that I couldn't reach.
