From start to finish, C&S worked with me and the insurance company on the details of the roof replacement. Everything was inspected and identified ahead of time. "I’m very pleased with our basement renovation and I will hire them again for the next project. Brad and his team were phenomenal to work with and they helped us design a living space that was a perfect fit for our needs. The price quote was broken down really well so we knew exactly what the costs were and where we could go higher or lower depending on what we wanted. The renovation added almost 700 square feet of comfortable living space that is well lit for reading or games or can be darkened when watching movies on the big screen. They even incorporated built-in shelving that enhances functionality of the space while giving it unique character. The project ran about 11 weeks, but that included several busy holidays and they were very transparent about other commitments. Renovations this large are bound to hit snags, but their excellent communication and proactive nature meant the issues were small and resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Everything stayed on budget with no surprises. We did framing, electrical, drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, plumbing (bathroom), and paint. We will definitely hire Lasting Improvements again."

"Installed windows in one bedroom and the master bath. Generally went well but compared to an earlier experience with Renewal by Andersen the installers were not as professional and did not clean up as well. The new windows were dirty on the inside and outside and they left some debris on the bedroom floor. When the Andersen installers left the windows were clean and the floor was spotless. Having said that these windows were almost 50% less expensive so I would probably use them again and just ask them to clean up better before they leave. <br />"

"I am very satisfied with the work that Thompson & Thompson did. I had researched LP Smartside and RigidStack, which has paint baked on and carries a 30-year no fade warranty. We had the paint custom matched and it is absolutely perfect.  <br /> <br /> This was the first time the installation crew had installed RigidStack. They did a very nice job. I have had several neighbors comment about how nice it looks. The Thompson crew cleaned up every night. I may have been a more involved customer than some and I liked that. I felt like I was able to converse openly with the whole Thompson team. They were very responsive to my text messages. They matched the caulking to siding color. It looks custom color, too. <br /> <br /> Thompson also made some modifications to our roof line where we have experienced water issues. Not enough time has lapsed as yet to truly test it, but all indications are that we will no longer have issues. They also replaced some rotted sheathing where we also had water issues.  <br /> <br /> If you want to see RigidStack after it has been installed, you can certainly stop by. <br />"

The workers arrived and completed the job , including the removal of two layers of shingles and bringing the new roof up to code, in one day. After they left, there was essentially no trace of construction debris or damage to our plants."
