"This was the second project we’ve done with Alan and crew. They painted the exterior of our home two years ago, and now almost the entire interior. Everything about the process was exceptional. Communication about every aspect of the job was great as was the workmanship and the clean-up. "10/10, just fantastic job they have done for my house. Originally we were thinking about replacing whole sidings but the quotes we got from different vendors were just too much. We contacted AA painting, decided to repair some damaged old sidings then paint the whole exterior. Results were stunning , my house looks like a new house, some of my neighbors came to me and praised about the new look of my house now. A crew of 3-4 people worked hard for 5 days straight ( Thanks to great weather ), repaired some damaged sidings and trims, power washed, masking windows and doors, they even covered my RV and veggie garden to protect from sprayed paint. cleaned out all debris after work each day. Price is reasonable, I am glad that I hired AA painting, they are not just a painting company, they can do other repair works too if needed. I highly recommend them for the house repair and painting projects you may have."

"In spring of 2017 (May) I hired Flanagan Painting to paint my stucco house. I had initially wanted only my trim painted as paint was peeling badly. He explained to me that he noticed cracks in my stucco in both house & garage & he could patch those up & if I would have the whole house painted, he could use a special paint to also help seal the cracks in the stucco. Since I didn’t know the last time the house was painted (I’ve owned for only 7 years) & because I thought a full paint job would help seal out pests of all kinds, I decided to go with his suggestion of full house & garage painting. (I didn’t feel pressured by him at all to do full paint job.) So glad I did! Joe Flanagan & his assistant, Jonathon, did a great job on my house & garage! And at a reasonable price! And with a 5% Angie’s List member discount. He also suggested power washing my wooden fence, which was unpainted & unstained & had turned an ugly gray. He said if I did this, it would look almost new again, with a tinge of the original orange color. He was right! The fence looks so much better. And he gave me suggestions on staining it to maintain it. He also was careful of my perennial plants that were coming up around the house, which I appreciated – I did mark them to help him avoid. They were detail oriented & careful in their painting. He also noticed & pointed out a hole in my eaves which he chased a squirrel out of & plugged up w/ rocks as a temporary barrier. And he & his assistant were both so congenial, friendly & easy to work with! And answered all my questions! I will definitely hire again for any painting work!"

"When I reached out to Tenzin, he was very responsive and showed up as promised to provide us a quote on the painting project.  His pricing was very competitive vs. others that we had asked for bid.  But most important to us was that Tenzin and his crew were available within the timeframe that we needed to have the project completed.

Our paint project took over a week to complete given the extensive nature of the work.  Not only did we have the entire interior and exterior repainted, but we had three wood doors resanded and revarnished.  In addition, we had bead board panels on our two garage doors that had warped.  Tenzin and his team ripped them off, resanded and repainted to doors.  These projects were not typical for a painting company to tackle and we were very appreciative that they did.

Overall, we could not have been more pleased with TM Painting. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but their pricing was competitive and they were true to their word about what they would do.  

I would highly recommend TM Painting and would rehire them in a heartbeat!!!"

"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).
