"<p>Craftsmen did a tear-off and re-roof, plus new trim and fascia due to hail damage.  Jim Kosloski was the Rep who came out to give us an estimate.  He was excellent in his knowledge and helpfulness.  I originally had another company in mind to do the work, but was so impressed with Jim that I chose Craftsmen for the job.  He worked with the insurance company to have all costs covered.  The Customer Service was superior in all ways.  Jim was always available for questions.  We were kept advised of the scheduling and always knew what to expect.  </p> <p>The work crew was professional and really worked well together.  There were 2 Foremen on-site.  I spoke with Matt a few times during the day and he gladly answered my questions and kept me informed.  We had some rotting wood on the door frame around our garage service door and they replaced that at no charge.  Cleanup was phenomenal - they even canvassed our neighbors' yards to pick up any stray debris.  We also had a bath fan installed and the electrician that they used, Troy from Live Wire Electrical, did a wonderful job and included a few extras to ensure that the job looked aesthetically pleasing.  </p> <p>This company is top notch.  They just took care of everything so there was no stress involved.  </p> <p>I highly recommend Craftsmen.  Again, their work and customer service is superior.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>"

"We hired them to custom build a fence in our backyard, to match our neighbor's fence in design and style. When digging the post holes, they managed to break a piece of our house siding off. Furthermore, many post holes were dug on our neighbor's property (despite surveyor's stakes) and had to be removed and reinstalled. Things didn't get better as the project progressed. First, despite assuring us they would be able to match our neighbor's fence, the fence they built was a foot shorter and the custom design was very poorly executed. After negotiations, we ended up with a nice fence as long as you don't know it is supposed to match the neighbors. The office staff were always very pleasant and professional. They paid for and coordinated repairing our siding. Overall though, we would not use this company again. <br /> <br />"
