"These guys did an excellent job, they were clear at every step, helped me through the insurance claim process, and were patient with me and my wife while we went back and forth on solutions. We live in a home on the historic register and feel a responsibility to only have the highest quality work done on our home and also to make wise choices on aesthetics. As a result, we took a long time to make our final decisions. In particular, we were very impressed with Billy, who worked with us and even helped me mount a sheet of metal on my roof to make sure the metal roofing we selected matched our other slate roof. For our other buildings, they were able to use high quality asphalt shingles to replace existing asphalt roofing. As this was an old home, there are a LOT of "nuances" which they mastered with the highest quality. "Mr. Blanchard is a great communicator - he met me for a face to face quote - made observations and shared details about the skylight replacement along with the roofing details. He called and kept me informed of arrival dates & times, when the roofers were on the way, the number of workers he was sending, etc. We had rain delays and the stores everything nicely until they could return. I have not found one nail or roofing debris in my yard. I highly recommend this company."

"My experience with A&M Premier for my roof replacement was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and timely. A&M handled my insurance claim; I had minimal contact with my insurance company. Work crew arrived at 6:30 AM, started work at sun up; completed job in 1 day. Work crew covered my bushes, plants and driveway; they moved pots and replaced everything back where they were. Their clean up was complete. I picked up nothing around my property. Roof replacement seems fine; new GAF Timberline shingles look great with our selected color. This was an important project that was handled quite effectively; I would strongly recommend A&M Premier for their services."

"I requested a quote through Angies list on 11-27-20. I got a response from the company on 11-30-20 and received a quote on 12-1-20 after Steve came out and looked at roof. I had already gotten four other quotes and was trying to decide who to go with when Steve called back on 12-9-20 to see to see if I had decided, said they had room for a small job in between some bigger jobs. After a little price haggling I told them to go ahead with the job. They came out Friday 12-11-20 at 7:30 am and had old shingles removed and new shingles installed and clean-up done by 4:30pm. I was very pleased with the entire process from first contact to last contact which was Barry stopping by a few days later to pick up check. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim.
