Get matched with top vinyl siding install or completely replacers in Wake Forest, NC

"Beth Lindsey and Brandon Freeman were both very professional and very easy to work with. This was partial replacement of the exterior siding on our home, and it was amazing how well the James Hardie pre-finished siding matched up with the existing siding. The job was started on time, completed on schedule, and everything was cleaned up afterward. We’re very pleased with their work and will be using these folks for future projects."

"They were very responsive any time I called with questions. Extremely helpful throughout the process. I was told that they would be here by 7 to get the work started and when I came down the stairs at 6:40 they were already in my driveway, getting ready to start the job. This was an insurance claim and Sean helped me through the whole process and even spoke with the Insurance company at times. I have recommended them to others and will be using them when it is time to replace the siding on my house."

"I am thrilled with the entire process of getting new windows. The Salesperson was prompt, respectful, accurate and professional. It took a while for our windows to come in, but it was well worth the wait. Ashley, the Admin Asst, kept in touch with me, was very professional, friendly and kind. The installers arrived on time, did a beautiful job, completely cleaned up after themselves and we cannot be more satisfied. My only regret is not having ALL our windows replaced at the same time. Hopefully, next spring we'll arrange for the remaining windows done."

"They gave a good quote and were very easy to work with. The communication was also effective. I was not impressed with the workmanship though. I may consider hiring them for an out of the way spot but not for anything critical or highly visible. The example that I will give that I consider to be very indicative is that when they replaced one of the two boards with the dryer exhaust, the panel was not cut to allow for the dryer to actually exhaust. The dryer still works because half of the hole is still there in the board that didn't need replacement but still I now have to get up on my roof and do it myself so I don't loose efficiency in the dryer. This says to me that any other aspect of the job requiring attention to detail also needs to be checked - not what I want to be doing when I went to the trouble to hire someone else to do the work."

"only company who was willing to work with size/style/material of windows I wanted...didn't try to sell me on plastic/vinyl."

"I had Lanes Contracting replace our roof and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their office staff was outstanding - they were responsive, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The pricing was very fair. No hidden fees or surprise charges, which we really appreciated. The quality of work speaks for itself - our new roof looks fantastic and was completed on schedule. The crew was respectful of our property and did a thorough cleanup afterward. I would definitely recommend Lanes Contracting to anyone needing roofing work. It's refreshing to work with a company that delivers on their promises with both quality work and excellent service. Thank you to the entire team at Lanes Contracting!!"

"The owners of the company are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. When the crew of painters showed up to paint they walked through each room and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted. Jose made great suggestions and showed me each day what work was completed and explained what they would do the next day. I had a lot of textured walls that needed to be scraped and coated over and the job was supposed to take two weeks and was completed early with no short cuts taken! Once the job was completed Jose and his crew cleaned up and were on their way. Would absolutely hire them again. Great company amazing experience!"

"Project install seamless gutters on shed. Did a great job."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."
