"prPaul returned my call promptly and worked around my busy schedule to set up an appointment quickly - timing was critical, as I had a houseful of guests arriving for a Labor Day weekend party. I was amazed at how much he accomplished, in a very short amount of time! Paul was extremely detail-oriented in his approach to the repairs and had all of the odd bits and pieces needed to do all of the work on the spot in his truck - no need to run out to the hardware store or make a return visit, as I'd experienced with other handyman services in the past. <br /> But the most surprising part of the experience was what Paul didn't do - talk me into doing useless repairs. I had originally contacted him about replacing a number of missing tiles on my entryway floor. "George helped me with finishing a 203(k) after my first contractor abandoned the project. George had to do a bunch of different projects to finish off the rehab. for those familiar with 203(k) getting the cash can be difficult. we also ran into problems with the historic district causing George to have to do extra work to find a suitable window. Aside from the windows, George built a new bathroom after I had gutted the old. As well he had to do installation of fixtures in two other bathrooms and some plumbing repair of the main water and drain lines. As well there were some other small projects that needed completion. George was great the whole way through."
