Maria answered my email the same afternoon and we got the ball rolling. We set an appointment and Scott came out and helped us through the process of picking shingles and siding. He didn’t rush us and answered any questions we had in a friendly and informed manner. We received the bids and got the roof scheduled. So far, so good! The roofing crew came out and did an excellent job and kept things cleaned up at the end of the day! Having a roof done can be intrusive, but they made it as painless as possible! Next we moved on to the siding, they kept things moving right along and it was barely intrusive for a major construction project. Both of the crews were friendly and any time we had questions they were more than willing to talk to us. Any other concerns or questions we had were taken care of by Maria or Scott and they would answer very quickly! "The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"When my roof sustained damage from straight line wind in June of 2023, I had no idea who I was going to get to repair it. A person from Quality Roofing Pro stopped and we talked for a while. Without being pushy at all (which I liked) Tony left me some paperwork on the company. I took a few days to make my decision and I have to say, I am so glad I had them do my roof. My shingles were delivered on a Friday. The crew was here on Monday morning at 7am and tore off the old roof and completely got the new roof on by 8pm. "Tad did an excellent job. Most of the roofing companies in town didn't even bother to return my calls requesting an estimate. We have what is considered a two and a half story house with three dormers. When Tad left his estimate in my mailbox (I wasn't home at the time) we were wondering if he knew what he was getting into so we requested he stop by and talk to us. We had two layers of shingles plus the wood shacker shingles that needed to be torn off the roof. Tad's estimate came $10,000 less than all of the others and we needed to verify the estimate included everything. He came by the house and assured us the estimate was correct and stated he had been doing roofs since 1996 and knew from experience what he would find. He ended up doing the "roof from h***" and taking a day and a half more than planned but he still came in at the same price he quoted us. Tad and his crew were prompt every morning and they all knew their job. The job they did cleaning up was also excellent. I now have a beautiful light gray roof instead of the God awfull green one we have had to look at for 16 years. If only the rest of the structural work we are having done would go as smoothly. I would definetly give Morrison Roofing a call.
