Seal King Paving is a fully insured well established paving business that strives for high quality on each and every driveway and parking lot installed.We are a full service asphalt company. We install new driveways, rip out and replace them and re-cap old ones and also do seal coating.

They were punctual, patient with responding to our many concerns and even went so far as to suggest alternatives to help bring our project to completion within our budgetary concerns. The showed up to do the work with a very full team that worked thoroughly, neatly and quickly. The finished project was exactly as we discussed and the remain helpful with the many questions we had once the job was done. They listened to our concerns, took the time to explain everything and went out of their way to satisfy all of our needs. The road had not been paved in about 40 years, was badly rutted and had several areas of heavy ponding. Vinny even took the time to come out before starting the job so that he could view the road after a heavy rain so he would be able to see the issues in person and advise us on how to best alleviate the ponding. With routine maintenance, a new residential asphalt driveway can last 15 to 20 years. In regions with heavy rain or freeze-thaw cycles, plan on extra maintenance to hit the upper end of that range. Concrete surfaces last even longer, from 20 to 25 years. Regular sealing and quick crack repairs go a long way toward preserving both materials.
You can pour new concrete over an existing driveway as long as the base slab is solid. Pros often place a three- to four-inch overlay to create a strong bond. If the old concrete is cracked or spalling badly, it’s wiser to remove it and start fresh to ensure durability.
Keep the surface in top shape by sealing it on schedule and tackling damage right away. Roll on a quality seal coat every three years for asphalt, and reseal concrete as needed while patching any flaws you spot. Staying ahead of small issues prevents bigger, pricier repairs and keeps your driveway looking sharp.
