He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. "First they were flexible with their asking price by lowering their original estimate to fit my budget. Their craftmenship was good they just lacked that finishing touch on their work for example sanding some rough edges and manufacture decals on the wood where it can be seen on the deck, but otherwise their work was professional."

Although there was a long delay in starting the project due to weather conditions, once things got going they were honest, punctual, professional and the results are amazing. Ken worked with us the entire time on everything from the design (which we changed a few times) to the colors we eventually chose. The patio has a border that is a different color than the rest of the patio which requires 2 pourings. On the first attempt to pour the border, Ken did not like how it was coming out because the batch of concrete they received was not mixed properly. He called me to inform me of this (we were not home while they were working) and told me they were going to rip it all out and re-pour with a fresh batch. In my opinion, this shows their honesty and integrity. Everyone who sees the finished area remarks how great it looks. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out."

Because it was imperative that all this work be done in the proper <br /> order, we had 2 or 3 meetings prior to the starting of the work. They even asked if we would like to incorporate a few stones from the original walk, as our home was built in 1928. The father, Rocco, supervised every stone that was cut - shape, size, etc. and his workers implemented it. It was like watching artists at work. "While walking our dogs we saw Mike and his employee sealing a driveway in the neighborhood. The driveway looked phenomenal. We had been looking to have this done to our driveway and in seeing the quality of work first hand my husband went and spoke to Mike about coming by to give an estimate. He said he would be by after he finished a few jobs in the area. True to his word, he came and gave us a great price and he even offered to do the job right then and there! We agreed and he and his employee started and completed the job! The driveway looks brand new! "Had used another company previously but was looking to change to another company. Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."
