As a customer and neighbor witnessing the situation unfold, I expected professionalism, care, and accountability?especially during hazardous weather conditions. Instead, what occurred felt careless and irresponsible, raising serious concerns about how the company operates during snow removal jobs. From the beginning, the snow removal itself appeared rushed and poorly executed. Large patches of snow were left behind, ice was not properly treated, and the plowing seemed more focused on speed than safety. In residential areas where families, children, and elderly residents walk daily, this lack of attention can be dangerous and unacceptable. The situation escalated when a plow operated by White Oak Landscaping allegedly struck my neighbor?s parked vehicle. The impact was noticeable, and damage to the car was clear. Unbelievable."

"The work turned out great. The joints are tight and lined up well. The corners were curved to add a nice touch so the pavers had to be cut along with cutting the smaller brick border bricks. I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."
