"I was concerned about a musty-like smell that comes/goes in my hallway next to the bathroom and under the attic access. Was afraid I had black mold lurking in that area, so contacted HSNT. John was prompt, professional, and very thorough. He painstakingly examined my home from the basement to the attic (which has no floor!), taking moisture readings and pictures of problem areas. Turns out I have a minor mold area in the basement and one under the kitchen sink from an old leak---none of which requiring a professional mold remediator. Explained what I should do to correct the issues myself. No mold in the attic. Possible moisture issue in wall behind bathroom sink to check out. I waived air testing.
