"PestNow was hired to inspect our house for termites. This was required by the lender of the family buying our house. PestNow found a pile of wood leaning up against a deck column they said needed repair due to termite damage. PestNow also required the entire house be treated. There were no termites found anywhere other than the pile of wood, according to PestNow. They quoted us for over $800 to treat the house. We questioned the need and amount so they lowered it to $580. As a result of PestNow stating they found termites in the deck column, the lender of the buyers required the deck column be repaired due to termite damage. The deck repair company assessed the deck column agreeing it needed to be repaired, but not due to termites, rather moisture. I question whether PestNow found termites at all. Their unethical tactics cost us well over $1,000. Beware of PestNow."

"Raven Pest responded immediately. The technician was extremely personable and described the process that he was going to employ address Yellow Jacket Bees getting into our house. I was completely sold that the Raven tech was competent and was going to go the extra mile. The Raven tech described how he was going to dust the entry point and follow-up 2 weeks later to remove the siding to see where the bees were nesting in the house. However, as it turns out, the tech did follow-up but did not remove the siding as promised. A call to the Raven Office informed me that it is Raven's policy not to remove the siding. After the follow-up visit by Raven, we continued to have bees in the house. I insisted that the procedure of removing the siding to check on the bee nest, as promised, be performed. The tech returned, removed the siding, dusted behind the siding and replaced the siding. We have not have anymore bees in the house since."

I was forced into signing a year long contract for them to come quarterly, which cost me over $100/month, and they never actually replaced traps or sprayed for anything. The guy asked me where the traps were, and he was the same guy who laid the traps to begin with. Really? I canceled the contract and still had to hire someone else for my pest control solution (use Brody Brothers instead, they're amazing). The mice didn't fully leave until I got a cat. So, get a cat and save your money. Leaving my car running in my closed garage killed the mice that escaped out there. I will never use Senate again. Absolute waste of 4 thousand dollars. "
