We had a positive experience with Kenny at Nova Exteriors when he came to our house for an estimate. He wasnâ t â salesyâ (especially compared to reps from places like Window Nation that used annoying pressure sales tactics). The options were straight-forward, and we liked the company history & products/labor warranties. The negative would be cost (on the higher end of estimates compared to others we received) but at the end of the day we went with the company we liked and decided to pay more for overall quality. Itâ s hard to know if we get up-charged for location (the same windows in a different county are probably a certain % cheaper) but thatâ s out of our control.
